We would like to update youon the initiation of a construction project located in close proximity to TheRetreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, approximately 75–100 meters away fromthe entrance.

This project may result insome inconveniences for our mutual guests staying in specific room categories:Deluxe Room Balcony, Deluxe Partial Sea View, Premium Partial Sea View, andDeluxe 01 Bedroom Suite Partial Sea View. 

There might beinconveniences caused by visual and auditory disturbances due to the ongoingbuilding project.

However, this project willnot affect other room types, apart from the above-mentioned room categories,which offer views of the swimming pool, private resort beach, and the captivatingsights of the palm fronds and Marina, ensuring an undisturbed experience. The project is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2025.

The resort’s facilities,including the swimming pool, dining establishments, fitness center, and kidsclub, will continue to operate seamlessly for the pleasure of our mutualguests. 

A dedicated team isprepared to arrange alternative solutions for those whose stay might beimpacted upon request.
